With an illustrious 35-year career in the Technical Education Department of the Government of Kerala, our Principal is a seasoned educator devoted to delivering high-quality and outcome-driven education, particularly in Polytechnic Colleges. Specializing in Diploma Engineering and Vocational Higher Secondary levels, he boasts extensive teaching experience.

A recognized authority in the field, he has shared his insights as a speaker at two UGC-sponsored National seminars, authored four journal papers, and presented papers at four National and International Seminars. Beyond academia, he has excelled as a soft skills trainer.

In a key managerial role as the Continuing Education Cell Manager at GPC Kottayam, he transformed the center into a state leader. Under his leadership, the program portfolio expanded from 6 to 24, annual income skyrocketed from 3 lakhs to 50 lakhs, and he played a pivotal role in initiating multiple successful start-up companies.

His expertise lies in skill development and employability enhancement, evident from his role as the state convener of placements for Polytechnic Diploma holders. Additionally, he brings valuable insights into curriculum development and teaching material creation for Diploma Engineering programs.
